  • We were distressed to hear about the passing away of Aunty Joyce. In the mid fifties the path to K4 had to be pass G3 lobby where there were special attractions, her children Hilary, Penny, Melanie. Fresh from St Pete’ College, we loved to roam the road leading to the Juvenile Court to see Penny in her Flared skirt with post-box pockets. In 1999. I met Melanie in Brisbane when she visited Cecil and Daphne Van Dort in Springwood QLD. Persis and I extend our sincere condolences to Hilary and Jackie, Penny and Ravi, Melanie and Reg and Joel and Elizabeth.and the family relations at the loss of their treasured mother and Grandmother of Nigel, Rochelle, Olivia and Alexandra.May her soul Rest in Peace - Dinty & Persis Ranasinghe
